- We do not accept returns on Plants, Livestock, Aquarium tanks, Hardscape materials, Artwork, and DIY products!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plants or live animals) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Point rewards are calculated by the order subtotal, meaning you cannot earn points on coupon discounts, taxes, and shipping.
For example: if you are about to place an order of $100 before taxes and shipping, and you have a $10 coupon that you would like to use, you will earn points for the $90 that you are spending, therefore you will earn 90 RAD Points.

Yes! After you place an order and receive your items, you will receive an email to write reviews about your purchased products, you can earn 50 RAD points for writing a product review.
Please note, writing several reviews for one product will not reward you with extra points and will likely result in your account being banned.

No, you cannot earn points for purchasing a gift card.
Yes, points are issued when the gift card is used to make a purchase, not when the gift card is initially purchased. This is done to prevent points from being awarded twice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to award points for purchases made before the launch of our loyalty program. That being said, to commemorate the introduction of our loyalty program, we've given 200 RAD Points to everyone who placed an order before April 29, 2022.
Points are rewarded once the order status is "Paid", therefore canceling or refunding an order will deduct the points you had earned on the order.

Every 100 RAD Points = $5 discount on your next qualified order.
Please note: You can only redeem points in increments of 100s. For example: If you have 275 points, you can only redeem 200 of your points for a $10 discount reward.

To view or redeem your points:
1. Click on the RAD Rewards button at the bottom left of every page.
2. Login to your account and if you have points, they will show up at the top of the panel.
3. Click on Ways to redeem.
4. Use the slider to select the number of points you would like to use, then click Redeem.
5. You will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
